Adult Psychiatry Services

Mental Health Care Sensitive to Your Needs

Life can be overwhelming. Stress, worry and sadness are feelings we all cope with at times, so it's easy to dismiss them as temporary. However, when such symptoms persist or interfere with your functioning, they may reflect the development of a clinical condition, such as anxiety or depression that could initially be treated by your primary care provider. However, some people may not respond to initial treatments for these conditions and others may experience certain symptoms, such as hallucinations, flashbacks, or obsessions, that can be part of specific psychiatric illnesses. If you are facing these kinds of challenges, our specialty care services can be of help.

Our specialists collaborate with community providers and existing treatment teams to ensure patients have access to comprehensive care. Use the links below to explore our adult psychiatry centers and programs that offer specialized care specific to your need.

  • Consultation/Second Opinion, an opportunity to review your diagnosis or treatment plan
  • Medication Management is a way to collaboratively create a plan for medications that target your symptoms
  • Individual Therapy, also known as talk therapy, provides the chance to work with a trained mental health professional to gain understanding and build skills around your issue or concern
  • Group Therapy provides a supportive environment focused on learning new approaches to challenges many people have, such as stress management and difficulty sleeping

Covid-19 Considerations

To minimize the possibility of transmitting the virus that causes Covid-19, our services currently are delivered primarily via telehealth. In-person appointments can be arranged in certain cases, which require masking of both the patient and the clinician throughout the visit.
