We will communicate with your physician and social worker to coordinate a smooth transition to our rehabilitation hospital. Our goal is to enable patients to begin their rehabilitation as soon as they are medically stable and can participate in our highly specialized care programs.
Our goal is to take our patient's expectations and hopes and implement an individualized, comprehensive plan of care to meet each person's medical and therapy needs. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will work with each patient from pre-admission to admission to discharge, guiding families through the rehabilitation process. Our clinical team provides education and training, as well as intensive therapy and medical management.
Our patients benefit from round-the-clock nursing care and a minimum of three (3) hours of therapy Monday through Friday and on weekends as appropriate. Our rehabilitation team balances hands-on care with high-tech treatment to address individual challenges. Progress is carefully monitored, and treatment is modified accordingly.
